Of course. Once you have commissioned us to start your project, sit back and relax and we will take care of everything, just like a true professional company should.

We would strongly recommend that you get a professional installation from Essex Artificial Grass. We often get calls to rectify artificial lawns that have been laid to a poor standard, even from landscaping companies. Artificial Grass is an investment, but with the right installation, there's no reason why you will not get a minimum of 10 years out of your new lawn. The groundwork alone is hard work and needs to be done correctly. For us, this is the most important part of the installation. Not only that, we have all of the correct tools including heavy duty compactor plates and professional Stihl power brushes that add the professional touch at the end of a project that a stiff broom simply doesn't achieve.

No, the materials that artificial grass is made from is UV stable.

Absolutely. Pets love artificial grass and so do their owners.

We advise you to remove the mess from your artificial lawn ASAP and wash through the area with a hose. This should eliminate staining and odours.

Yes. If you have problems with pests in your garden, please notify Dean on the site visit. We can take extra precautionary methods during the installation to try and prevent your lawn being affected by animals such as badgers and foxes.

Possibly. Dean can best advise you on the site visit. If we can install over an existing surface area then this can drastically reduce the cost of an installation.

Although our artificial grass is fire resistant we wouldn't suggest this. We can lay a small area of slabs to place your BBQ on.

Most definitely. We can install a patio or a composite decking to complement your new artificial lawn. We can also install fencing, raised railway sleeper beds with planting and much more.
