EAG products are designed to the highest specification to ensure that you shouldn't have a problem with your artificial grass and all of our products come with a ten-year guarantee.

In the case that your artificial grass needs to be refunded:

| Within 7 years | 10% of grass m² laid |
| Within 8 years | 10% of grass m² laid |
| Within 9 years | 5% of grass m² laid |
| Within 10 years | 5% of grass m² laid |
The refunded value for 35mm products is £10/m2 and for 40mm products, £12.50/m2.
Example 1:
The refunded value of 40m2 of 35mm grass within the first year would be £400.
Example 2:
The refunded value of 40m2 of 35mm grass within a two year period would be £300.
