10 Year Product Guarantee
EAG products are designed to the highest specification to ensure that you shouldn’t have a problem with your artificial grass and all of our products come with a ten-year guarantee.
However, please take the time to go through the below to ensure you are happy with the guarantee before placing an order with us.
What’s Covered In Your Guarantee
- Abnormal wear under normal circumstances
- Weather resistance under normal circumstances
- Rotting under normal circumstances
What’s Not Covered In Your Guarantee
- Domestic Animal Damage – any damage created by domestic animals such as cats, rabbits, dogs or any other domestic animals kept.
- Wild Animal Damage – any damage created by wild animals such as foxes, badgers, moles or any other non-domestic animal.
- Any unusual garden growth after the product has been installed. This includes Bamboo, Japanese Knot Weed, Tree related growth that has not been excavated successfully, Mare’s Tail and any other unusual garden growth.
- Any damage from an individual, whether accidental or through vandalism.
- Any damage caused by an improper installation, whether it be through sub-base failing or drainage issues.
- Any burns or discolouration from glass or mirror reflections.
- Any product damage that has been caused by products not sold by us, ie bleach and other cleaning products that we deem unsuitable.
- Any unsuitable footwear that can penetrate the products.
- Any damage caused by vehicles entering onto the product.
Guarantee Coverage Costs
In the case that your artificial grass needs to be refunded:

| Within 4 years | 40% of grass m2 laid |
| Within 5 years | 25% of grass m2 laid |
| Within 6 years | 15% of grass m2 laid |
| Within 7 years | 10% of grass m2 laid |
| Within 8 years | 10% of grass m2 laid |
| Within 9 years | 5% of grass m2 laid |
| Within 10 years | 5% of grass m2 laid |
The refunded value for 35mm products is £10/m2 and for 40mm products, £12.50/m2.
Example 1: The refunded value of 40m2 of 35mm grass within the first year would be £400.
Example 2: The refunded value of 40m2 of 35mm grass within a two year period would be £300.
